オススメの隠れ家？ 某BAR
今日のアドベントも8Beat付近のオススメのお店紹介なのですが、取材を申し込んだところ、店名やマスターバーテンダーの写真の公開は勘弁、とのこと。
ギリギリ、ぼかした感じでのご紹介（検索にひっかからない程度）は許してもらえる感じだったので、某店として書きますね。
場所のヒントは昨日ご紹介した niji さんの近くです。
こんな階段を上がっていき、重厚なドアを開けます。
BARが初めて、という方も大丈夫。多少混んでいることもありますが、イケメンのマスターがにこやかに迎えてくれるでしょう。お酒やカクテルの銘柄を知らなくても、「おすすめのウィスキーを」とか「こんな感じのカクテル」、とか伝えれば、最適なチョイスをして貰えます。
真空管のオーディオからは静かなクラシックが流れています。店内はアンティークな雰囲気。
お酒はシングルモルト、ブレンデッドともにウィスキーが充実しています。ブランデーやバーボンも各種。中には「自分の生まれ年に樽詰めされたモルト」なんてのもあるかもしれません。たまにとんでもない長期熟成のデッドストックとかあります。
これはマティーニです。それほどドライではなく、オリーブは別添えです。
季節のフルーツに合わせたカクテルなどもどうぞ。
