代表・小柳の減量日記(39) (2015/12/09)

減量日記 39日目 92.2kg(スタート時)→84.4kg(昨日)→83.6kg(今日)

この土日と、減量中にしては美食が続いたせいか、空腹感をやや感じるようになってしまいました。

しかし本来、空腹感を耐えてこその減量ですので、ここは甘受しなければなりますまい。

火曜日も夜にちょっとした会食のため、腹押さえのカップスープは70Kcal台の春雨。
ピリ辛味が美味い。
ためしに、30Kcalくらいの「難消化性デキストリン」をキメて、腹の足しにしました。これも美味い。
しかし、これで終わりか。

8Beatには無料のお菓子（いや、無料ではないんだけど）がありますが、おあずけ状態。
ぷち試練であります。

今朝、ようやく数値も極小値に再接近しました。愚痴はできればこれ限りにしてまずは10kg減の壁にチャレンジです。

朝：柿、おにぎり（昆布）
中：カップ春雨、蒟蒻ゼリーライト（桃味）
夕：（太極拳仲間と）雑魚と水菜のサラダ、蛤酒蒸し、生鯨刺、蛍烏賊沖漬、枝豆、メンマ、エイヒレ
